Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is already being processed.

Refunds:
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
